I’ve been working such late hours lately that I came home tonight and immediately climbed into bed. Naturally, my next move was to scroll through Tastespotting until I found this Nutella brownie recipe.
The tilefish marks the return of Blue Moon Fish to the NYC Greenmarket scene—one of the most welcome signs of spring. I hadn’t actually tried this particular fish before, but cooked barely through I found it to be sweet, slightly firm, not the least bit oily, and really delicious.
Scrolling through Tastespotting and salivating. Probably means it’s time for an early dinner. Maybe even breakfast for dinner? These bagel bombs are filled with bacon-scallion cream cheese and look unbelievable.
