Spending the day moving my sister into her new apartment in Philadelphia. Super jealous of so many things, including: the amount of natural light, the 11th floor view, the 5 closets, and the fact that it’s a doorman building. If only I wasn’t so attached to New York…
I love the space at Community Food & Juice on the Upper West…almost as much as I love the food. It’s definitely worth heading uptown to try. If you go for brunch, I recommend the house made veggie burger, the local market salad, and the veggie sandwich.
I’ve always wanted to jump off a swing and land in bed. Although, I feel like this would inevitably end in injury…
The beauty of cooking outdoors, brought inside. I wonder what it’s like to cook in this kitchen during a storm.
I want to go to there.

I need a library loft in my life, asap.
A simple, yet beautiful, dining room in Harlem.

Now this is a blank canvas. This being a penthouse on the Upper East. I may or may not be salivating.
In love with this kitchen. For sale at 390 West End Ave on the Upper West Side.
I rewatched one of my favorite episodes of HGTV’s Selling New York today. It’s an old episode that features this $23.5 million triplex condominium in Dumbo’s Clock Tower Building. At 6,800 square feet, with four 14-foot-high round clock windows, the apartment offers nearly unobstructed views from all four sides. I was obsessed with this apartment when I first heard about it, so I quickly googled it, only to find that it’s still unsold, with a (much-reduced) asking price of $19 million. That’s almost a 20% drop. Crazy.
