Finally managed to give blood today, aka one of my favorite things. so i tried zumba today…fun, but i’m not sure it’s for me. the instructor asked us all at the end for feedback, and everyone said “more dancing!” while I at the same time said “more strength training!” that didn’t put me on the fast track for making zumba friends…
